Rackspace’s Austin office ranked No. 3 in the 2012 Austin Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. This marks the second time Rackspace Austin has made the list, and in just a year we climbed from No. 23 to No. 3.
In recognition of Rackspace’s tremendous passion for customers and Fanatical Support, Rackspace Email & Apps this week took home a Gold award for Front Line Customer Support at the sixth annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service.
The survey results are in for Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards and Rackspace has been honored as one of the top 50 “Best Places to Work” in 2012. Rackspace (at #12) ranked high on the list along with companies such as Facebook, Google, Apple and Salesforce.com. It’s clear that the investments Rackspace is making in its employees and its culture are helping us build a company to be admired.
