OpenStack is incredibly powerful – and we’re taking our Rackspace Training for OpenStack on the road over the next few months to four major universities to give students a hands-on OpenStack experience.
The four-night training sessions will teach students how to properly design, deploy and operate a cloud at scale using OpenStack, the open source cloud software that we co-founded.
The goal is to immerse students in an OpenStack environment so they can evaluate it, use it and sharpen their OpenStack acumen. Students will walk away from the training course with the experience and knowledge to install, run and operate OpenStack-powered clouds.
Here’s a lineup of our upcoming university seminars:
Classes run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. local time.
To get an idea of what you can learn, check out the Rackspace Training for OpenStack training that we conducted at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) earlier this year:
If your college, university or research organization is interested in learning the ins and outs of OpenStack, please get in touch with the firstname.lastname@example.org. We plan to add more seminars in coming months.
