Rackspace Startup Program Global Startup Event Guide: June 2013

June brings us World Environment Day on June 5, celebrating the anti-food waste and food loss campaign themed Think.Eat.Save, that encourages you to reduce your foodprint. Radio was patented in June 1896. Anne Frank was born on June 12, 1929. The first United States astronaut to walk in space was Ed White in 1965. Steve Jobs introduced the Apple II computer in June 1977. The first day of summer is on June 21. And, in the words of Dr Seuss, “How did it get so late so soon? It’s night before it’s afternoon. December is here before June. My goodness how the time has flewn. How did it get so late so soon?”

Within the startup movement, there are plenty of events happening globally in June 2013.
