Hybrid cloud is a global movement, and Fanatical Support is creating growth opportunities for us in exciting new markets,” said Cotten. “Rackspace is poised to build on our Hybrid Cloud leadership position to expand in Asia Pacific and EMEA. Gents,

You have during 1 hour proved your sales team to be non-helpful and condescending … how on earth you build a business based on that “service” level is a mystery !

Taylor Rhodes – you have work to do…

    Hi Taylor,
I’d prefer to reach you by email but couldn’t find your email. I know you may be surprised to hear this but I spoke with 4 of your employees today and asked them to give me your name and contact information and not a single one of them knew who you were. Not until I searched your website, was I am to find the person who I was looking for. I was told Rackspace does not have a Chief Support Officer but when I enter the title in the search window, this blog was listed at the top. Now I know your real title as the Chief Customer Officer. Great title! One person told me your title was President but not a Chief xxx.

My experience with Rackspace has been “horrible” in getting support, forget Fanatical Support. My company Moved from SoftLayer in November 2013, after 9 years of very reliable and acceptable service. My Rackspace sales representative, Scott Peters, sold us on your Fanatical Support. We have purchased the Highest Level of Customer Support offered and still the problems have been one after another. Scott Peters is the only Rackspace person I have dealt with that truly lives and breathes your Fanatical Support policy. Not a single person beyond Scott has lived up to what I call “support or Customer Service” standards, let alone Fanatical Support.

I am happy to review the situation in as much detail as needed but this is not the forum. Feel free to reach me email or phone. You should be able to find both within our Rackspace account based on the User Login for the forum.
