Never Forget an Attachment Again!

1

Every week, if not every day, I forget to attach a file to an email. So like everyone else, I quickly send a follow-up with the famous “Oops!” in the subject. Annoying for all involved; I’m sure.

So I’m pretty excited about the new “Attachment Alert” feature in Rackspace Webmail (included with our Rackspace Email service). It automatically alerts me if a variation of the word “attachment” appears in my email, without a file being attached. And since I’m now sending 1 email instead of 2 – it’s literally doubled my productivity.

PS We’ve also added a “No Subject Alert” as well.

Good news!  This will be updated in a future release.  Currently we are running this capability on our beta site, if you’d like to test it out — http://beta.apps.rackspace.com
