Max Thoene is Vice President and Austin Site Leader for Rackspace. He has been with Rackspace for over four years in a variety of executive leadership roles, including professional services, US Support and Support Operations. Prior to working at Rackspace Max worked at Dell, Tivoli and as a United States Marine Corps infantry officer.
