Whenever you choose to compose an email you have to make a choice. You can either choose to write your email using plain text or using HTML. Choosing HTML as the format for your email means you can spice it up a little bit. You can add colors, pictures, bullets, links, and much more to really add some visual elements to your email. With plain text you can only edit the words that you choose to type with no real formatting allowed.
A lot of our customers prefer HTML formatting over plain text.
Recently we decided to expand our HTML capabilities for our Noteworthy customers, or more specifically those customers that use Noteworthy Webmail. For a long time we have offered the capability for customers to have a pre-defined signature that can be added to their emails, but the signature has always been created in plain text.
That is until now. With our last release of Noteworthy Webmail we added the capability for our customers to create and edit their signatures using HTML and also upload images that can be added to a signature.
So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and add some HTML flair to your email signature.
