John Engates, CTO- Known as “jengates” by colleagues (take a guess why), John has been doing Internet “stuff” for going on 17 years. The man is crazy-smart, most recently tackling the hot topic of Green and researching ways to make Rackspace more environmentally friendly.

Rob Jackson, Product Manager - Another long time Racker, Rob is largely responsible for the management of Rackspace’s new virtualization products. He’s got a pretty good jump shot too.

Frederick Mendler, VP of Fanatical Support – Managed - Known as ‘Suizo’ at the Rack (you have to ask him about it), Suizo is Fanatical Support personified! Learn from a master how to empower employees and treat customers right.

Antony Messerli, Product Engineer - Known as ‘Ant’ around Rackspace, he leads the technical side of all virtualization technologies at Rackspace, having previously overseen all server technologies for Rackspace. Ant loves taking apart stuff to learn how things work. Typically, new hardware is taken completely apart, with parts everywhere, before even being pulled out of the shipping box. He’s constantly told by his peers to pull the stuff out of the box before ripping it all apart.

Lew Moorman, Senior VP of Strategy and Corporate Development - Lew’s a thinker…charting Rackspace’s future, that being IT Hosting, Mosso, Mailtrust, and all of our long-term company direction.
