Add Mailbox to Microsoft Exchange Global Address List

If you have both Rackspace Email and Microsoft Exchange, you can add Rackspace Email mailboxes to your Microsoft Exchange Global Address List.

To add a Rackspace Email mailbox to your domain's Microsoft Exchange Global Address List, log into the Control Panel, and perform the following steps:

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Rackspace Email.

  2. In the Email Accounts section, click the Add / Edit Mailbox link.

  3. If you have multiple domains, select the appropriate domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
  4. Click the Display Name you want to add to the Microsoft Exchange Global Address List.
  5. Select the Visible in Microsoft Exchange Global Address List check box.

  6. Click the Save button.
