Add Mailbox to Rackspace Email Company Directory

If you have both Microsoft Exchange and Rackspace Email, you can add Microsoft Exchange mailboxes to your Rackspace Email Company Directory.

To add an Exchange mailbox to your domain's Rackspace Email Company Directory, log into the Control Panel, and perform the following steps:

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Microsoft Exchange.

  2. In the Email Accounts section, click the Add / Edit Mailbox link.

  3. If you have multiple domains, you may be prompted to select a domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
  4. Click the Display Name you want to add to the Rackspace Email Company Directory.
  5. Select the Visible in Rackspace Email Company Directory check box.

  6. Click the Save button.
