The Port Checker Tool will test your connections to our email servers. This will identify any ports that are being blocked by firewalls or other restrictions at your location.
To begin, click the Check Ports button below. (Note: If the Check Ports button is not visible, you will need to install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) v. 1.5 or newer.) If you are prompted to run the "Port Checker Java Applet," click the Yes button.
