Search Blacklists

You can search all of your users’ blacklists and safelists for specific email addresses, domains, or IP addresses. To execute a search, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:
 

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Domains.

  2. In the Spam Filtering section, click the Blacklist / Safelist Search link.

  3. If you have multiple domains, you may be prompted to select a domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
  4. In the box, enter the email address, domain, or IP address.
  5. Click the Search button.
