Hostway

To transfer your domain from Hostway, perform the following steps:

1. Log into your account at www.hostway.com, using your username and password from Hostway.
2. Click on the Domain Name link, located on the left side of the page.
3. First, you will need to unlock your domain. Click on the Domain Lock Status link.
4. Click the Unlock button. The resulting screen will show that your domain name has now been unlocked.
5. Next, you will need to retrieve your authorization code. Click on the Domain Name link, located on the left side of the screen, to go back to the Domain Name Management page.
6. Click on the Get Domain Authorization Code link.
7. The resulting screen will display your authorization code. Write this number down and keep it in a safe place. This is the code you’ll need to provide to us to transfer the domain.
8. To log out of Hostway, click the Logout link, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
