Delete Distribution List

To delete a distribution list, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Microsoft Exchange.

  2. In the Email Accounts section, click the Distribution Lists link.

  3. If you have multiple domains, you may be prompted to select a domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
  4. Select the check box next to the List Name(s) that you want to delete. Or, to select all lists, check the box next to the Delete button.
  5. Click the Delete button.
  6. When prompted to confirm that you want to delete the distribution list(s), click the "Delete distribution list(s)” button.
