Disable Sync Access

To disable sync access, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Rackspace Email.

  2. In the Collaboration section, click the Sync link.

  3. If you have multiple domains, select the appropriate domain name. Or, to change domains, click the change domain link.
  4. Click the Disable Sync for this domain link.
  5. When prompted to confirm that you want to disable Sync for the domain, click the OK button.
