Add Webmail Taglines

If you have purchased the optional Private Label Webmail feature, you can create customized taglines (short textual messages or advertisements) to the end of all outgoing email sent from your webmail site. To add taglines, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Rackspace Email.

  2. In the Webmail Sites section, click the Email Taglines link.

  3. If you have multiple webmail sites, select the appropriate webmail site.  Or, to change webmail sites at any time, click the change webmail site link.
  4. Enter taglines in the tagline boxes, as desired. When you enter more than one tagline, the taglines will appear at random. Taglines do not support HTML.
  5. To enter more than 5 taglines, first click the Save button, and then more tagline boxes will appear.
  6. When you are done, click the Save button.
