Add Custom Images

If you have purchased the optional Private Label Webmail feature, you can customize the webmail interface for your company. To add an image to your site's header or footer, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Rackspace Email.

  2. In the Webmail Sites section, click the Images link.

  3. If you have multiple webmail sites, select the appropriate webmail site.  Or, to change webmail sites at any time, click the change webmail site link.
  4. To locate and select an image, click the Browse button, and then click the Upload button.
  5. The image path to your uploaded image will appear in the Existing Image Paths section. This is the path you will need to refer to in your HTML image tag for your header or footer, in order to display the image on your webmail site.
