Customize Colors and Styles

If you have purchased the optional Private Label Webmail feature, you can customize the webmail interface according to your company’s style. To manage color schemes and font colors, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Rackspace Email.
    
   
2. In the Webmail Sites section, click the Colors and Styles link.
    
   
3. If you have multiple webmail sites, select the appropriate webmail site.  Or, to change webmail sites at any time, click the change site link.
4. In each section, click the color picker box to customize each element.
5. In the color picker window, use the slider and click-and-drag on the color field to select a color. You can also enter specific numerical values. To save the color, click the "Disk" button. To exit the window without saving, click outside of the window.
    
   
6. Upload images for eligible elements, as desired. To upload the image, click the Browse button, select the desired file, and click the Open button.
7. When finished with customization, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
8. To see your changes, you will need to log into webmail from your domain-specific webmail login page, using your email account and password. If you are already logged in, you will need to log out and then log back in.
