Delete Alias

To delete an alias, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Rackspace Email.

  2. In the Email Accounts section, click the Aliases link.

  3. If you have multiple domains, select the appropriate domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
  4. Select the check box next to the alias you want to delete.
  5. Click the Delete button.
  6. A pop-up box will appear to confirm that you want to delete the alias. Click the Delete alias(es) button.
