To use ActiveSync with Exchange, you must purchase an ActiveSync License for each user. After adding the license and setting up a user’s mailbox, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:
- Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Microsoft Exchange.

- In the Email Accounts section, click the Mobile Messaging link.
- If you have multiple domains, select the appropriate domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
- Under ActiveSync, click the View Users link.
- Click the Add button.
- Select a user. Eligible Exchange users will be listed. If there are many eligible users, you may filter or search for a specific user.
- Click the Add button.
- Click the Save button.
