Add ActiveSync® User

To use ActiveSync with Exchange, you must purchase an ActiveSync License for each user. After adding the license and setting up a user’s mailbox, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Microsoft Exchange.

  2. In the Email Accounts section, click the Mobile Messaging link.

  3. If you have multiple domains, select the appropriate domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
  4. Under ActiveSync, click the View Users link.

  5. Click the Add button.
  6. Select a user. Eligible Exchange users will be listed. If there are many eligible users, you may filter or search for a specific user.
  7. Click the Add button.
  8. Click the Save button.
