Purchase ActiveSync® License

A mobile license allows Exchange access through ActiveSync. Most accounts can add mobile licenses through the account upgrade process.

To add mobile licenses, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:

1. Click the My Account link at the top of the page.
    
   
2. In the Upgrade section, click the Upgrade an existing domain link.

Note: If you have multiple domains, select the appropriate domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
 

1. Under Microsoft Exchange Mobile Services, select the number of licenses required from the drop-down menus. Pricing is displayed.
2. To continue the upgrade process, click the Next Step button.

Resellers

If you are a Reseller, you can add licenses by doing the following:

1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Domains.
    
   
2. In the Manage section, click the Domain Details link.
    
   
3. Click the Domain Name of the domain that needs additional licenses.
4. Under Add Mobile Services, select the type of license and enter the total number of licenses required.
5. Click the Save button.
