Add Disclaimer

A disclaimer is a message included at the bottom of all email messages sent from your domain. To add a disclaimer, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:
 

  1. Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Domains.

  2. In the Tools section, click the Disclaimers link.

  3. If you have multiple domains, select the appropriate domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
  4. You can create both a plain text and an HTML disclaimer. The HTML message will only be attached to HTML formatted email.
     
    Note: Similar to email signatures, any image links in an HTML based disclaimer must point to images hosted on the Internet.
  5. Click the Save button.
