A disclaimer is a message included at the bottom of all email messages sent from your domain. To add a disclaimer, log into the control panel, and perform the following steps:
- Mouse over the Go to section drop-down menu and select Domains.

- In the Tools section, click the Disclaimers link.
- If you have multiple domains, select the appropriate domain name. Or, to change domains at any time, click the change domain link.
- You can create both a plain text and an HTML disclaimer. The HTML message will only be attached to HTML formatted email.
Note: Similar to email signatures, any image links in an HTML based disclaimer must point to images hosted on the Internet. - Click the Save button.
