Register.com

To transfer your domain from Register.com, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into your account at www.register.com, using your username and password from Register.com.
  2. In the My Accounts section, click the domain name you want to transfer.
  3. In the Enable/Disable Domain Lock section, click the Disable Domain Lock link.

  4. The resulting screen will have the question "Are you sure you want to make this change?" Under this question, the authorization code for the domain will be displayed. Record the authorization code. You will need to provide this code to us in order to transfer the domain.
  5. Click the Continue button.
  6. On the confirmation page, click the Continue button.
  7. To log out of Register.com, click the Logout link, located in the upper-middle section of the screen.
