As the Network Administrator for Reefer Seal, a provider of energy efficiency services for convenience stores, grocery stores, and supermarkets, Joseph Braun was seeing an overabundance of issues with his company’s local email provider. The POP mail service they were using was ripe with problems from spam, login issues, and more, Joseph recalls, “There were all sorts of problems. Lost emails were causing communication breaks and if a field rep doesn’t get an order, we don’t make money.”
With their previous provider, he had little control over email administration. In order to make changes, he would have to email a request and wait for completion. The issues were starting to mount. While using the Control Panel, he submitted feedback about ways to make it better. And, when the next Control Panel beta release rolled out, he saw his suggestions in action. Knowing that we were listening and that his voice was being heard, made him feel Reefer Seal was a valued customer.
He’s more confident Reefer Seal’s staff can communicate freely with each other without worrying about lost emails.
